I want every customer to be a happy one and I do hope you are happy with your purchase, but in the event you are not please contact me within 3 days of delivery to discuss an exchange or refund.

Any items being returned should be done so within 30 days of original delivery.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the items I am unable to refund or exchange any personalised or custom orders.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

In the rare event that an item arrives broken or damaged please contact me immediately to discuss options.
